3GA to MP3

Post by Zócalo »

I read on the Internet about easy 3GA to MP3 conversion, that you only need to rename 3ga extension to mp3 and file will be playable in the most multimedia players, but in my Winamp player this solution doesn't work, why? :(

Try some 3ga to mp3 or audio converter.

It works sometimes because certain media players recognize both MP3 and 3GA formats, regardless of their actual extension. Whilst all players can play MP3s, not all can also play 3GA. A true conversion changes the format of the audio, a renaming just changes name. Internet is full of myths and fabulations, so even milion times repeated crap may still not be true. :D
