How to import iPhone applications (.ipa files) to iOS device? Any idea? :?

Use Apple iTunes (You can import only apps downloaded/purchased with your Apple ID), or App Store in your iOS device > Purchased apps section.

Some resources informs that the iOS 7 beta installation doesn't need a Developer account, you can try it. Download .ipsw iOS update file for your iOS device. Open iTunes click on your device > hold shift (Windows) or option key (Mac) > Click on Check for Update and select .ipsw file with iOS 7 beta.
