I'm assuming maybe the VTE files are related to graphics and the 1033 might be a reference to DLL files, the rest i have absolutely no idea about so I will just let you guys figure it out lol

well the 1033 files i found somewhere on A windows system (dont recall which one) it references DLL,INF ect. in the name so i figured it was a reference to those DLL,INF in their title I dont Know though thats why i sent them to you guys, its been a while since i picked them up thats why i dont remember where exactly they came from, the V22,V44 and VTE files maybe came from a graphics driver of some sort.
