New found file extension

I found these "%bid" files on my Mac. There are lots of different %bid files with different numbers starting from 1000000! They all have text in this format: FACA293DD6DD4991975516F19E758D89. I don't know what they are. Here's an example of one:
Name: 1000000.%bid
Content: FACA293DD6DD4991975516F19E758D89

[Malric]

Thank you, will try to find more about this. But it might be these are just some junk files or chunks of something recovered by some app.
