What is the Windows.old directory?
Hi, I upgraded my Windows 8 to Windows 10. After that, I found a directory called Windows.old in a root of my system disk. It has a large size. Could somebody explain me what is Windows.old directory? Can I delete it?

It's backup in case you want to revert back to the previous version of Windows. It will be deleted automatically after 30 days or so.
