.PKMW - Used only for the Pigeon Pak
The file extension .pkmw is being developed for a game modification Installer, updater, creator, and sharing wizard.
This program has been developed over the course of about 2.5 years to date.
Only recently have i found the need to create an automatic update module.

March 20 2017 - Tally is 11,660 Pigeon Pak Downloads to date.

OVERVIEW
The .pkmw has 3 main functions, and 1 alternate (soon). The scripting works by name designation with a .pkmw file extension. The name of the file decides the MAIN function that the .pkmw file is assigned to. The Elements of the installer are designated by 3 sections of the .pkmw file name. For example CM-PK005.PKMW, This file is a compressed file (.zip) and begins with a 2 letter designator which is the Modification type (CM stands for Camera Mod). If the file name would have been PK005.PKMW, then this would designate it as the extracted script. The program will “Inject” the extracted script into the setup scripting when needed or called for to implement the installation of the selected modification. The 3rd function would be designated as PK-005.PKMW and designates this file as a common text file. It holds modification information, author's notes, etc.. From 1 pkmw file there are now 3 and all are located in the staging folder first, Not a temp folder, it retains unused modifications for the speed of changing the mods your game is set up with. The Pigeon Pak will soon be using “User” preferences, and sync up all your registered computers the same. When another computer user signs on and starts the game, the Pigeon Pak will automatically revert to that user's saved setup. Update news will launch with your game to alert you when updates are available for your selected games.


Shortly, this will be a self updating application, and other modification authors will be able to create their own mods, upload them, and the Pigeon Pak will create the proper compressed .PKMW file from what they upload, thereby streamlining the Modification application and approval process. This is the 4th and to date the last planned function of the .pkmw file extension.
Modules are being created for “Multiple games” also. One Modification installer for all of your tweak-able games.

By the way, there is another file that is not in your registry that i will put in a submission for.
It has nothing to do with this .pkmw extension, but rather the producers of World of WarPlanes, World of Tanks, and World of WarShips.
WarGaming made them, and the file extension is . wgpkg
It is the update package that the game receives from their server.
