Hey, Apple QuickTime definitly supports them. About others I'm not sure. Try VLC player, almost anything works there.

You can generally deselect certain filetypes in start -> default programs -> set your default programs. Just select the program from the list and click on the choose defaults for this program which will show you list of types associated with it. Decheck the box and save it.

Hey baba, these are partially downloaded files which you downloaded through opera browser. If there is no active download when you have opera running, it is probably broken and you have to start it again. You can delete the file as it only takes up space.

I don't think that Windows Phone supports MKV format. Might want to convert it to wmv or something using Freemake Video Converter or similar.

Usually, burning programs like NERO have also the option to create a compilation of files in ISO format. This can be done in all good burning programs.

Not sure you can do that. That is, if you ZDL file is from DesignPro. Afaik, there is no Mac version. Where did you get that file ? Any idea from what it is ?

That OXPS file of yours was created in Windows 8. Your best best is to ask your friend to send it to you in XPS format if he can, or you can try to convert it to XPS yourself using this http://online2pdf.com/oxps-to-pdf.
