skt (winsketch) to anything else

I have an old sketch I'd like to open or convert. I used to have .png copies but lost them.

Is there any program other than winsketch pro that I can open it with? I don't need to make any edits, just need to see the drawing.

Hi, we look at this.
What is the problem with Winsketch Pro?
If it's the only program that can open this kind of file, use that program or, doing it in a virtual machine and then open files in it.
