How do you update from an iOS beta to the final release?

I have installed iOS 7 beta 5 in my iPhone 5, and was wondering if I'll have to do a restore in order to get the final version of iOS 7.

Hi AppleSheep, Yesterday was released iOS 7 GM for developers (downloadable on official Apple developers website) and 18th September will be released for public. If you don't have access to developer website, wait till your iPhone will notify you about new OTA update of final iOS 7 release.
