Hello again. On my Android phone I have found several pretty large (hundreds of Mb) files with *.asec extension http://www.file-extensions.org/asec-file-extension on my SD card. Are they safe to delete cause they take too much space and I'm not sure if I need them ?

No, You cannot simply delete these files with the file explorer, You need to uninstall associated apps from Settings > Apps option.
