It may also refer to the crypt ransomware (a Teslacrypt strain). If that is the case, you need to perform a recovery of your data, or it remains unreadable -

You can reset your PC. If you do not wont to lose your files and documents use a free antivirus scanner to detect your virus and to delete it. You can find it on the german site:

They are: data Recovery and Paretologic PC Advisor. Both are good Programs.
