Install Opera Next add-ons to Chrome

Is any way how to install Opera Next extensions to Google Chrome? for Example Opera Translator.
Download the add-on in Opera Next on Opera Add-ons site(right click on add-on Install button....Save target as) > Rename add-on file extension .nex to .crx
Open Chrome > type chrome://extensions/ to address bar > take the Opera add-on by mouse (drag and drop) from file explorer to Chrome window.
