.rsf and .rsf@ extensions

*.rsf files are plaintext header files for data stored in the RSF format. This header provides the location of the data file and various parameters relating to the data contained
*.rsf@ are binary data files in the RSF format.
Typically these are paired, with a header file and it's associated data file, which may be in a different location. It is also possible to store both the plaintext header and binary data in a single file.
