Hey, I got some strange files with opdownload suffix in my download folder ? Any idea what it is ? seems pretty large

Hey baba, these are partially downloaded files which you downloaded through opera browser. If there is no active download when you have opera running, it is probably broken and you have to start it again. You can delete the file as it only takes up space.
