Hi,
you have plenty of options:
- If you have Apple Numbers software installed on your Mac, it can open/import Excel .xls or .xlsx files and then export to .numbers file format, save or print to PDF etc..
- There are free office suites like OpenOffice or NeoOffice (NeoOffice is the MacOS X version of OpenOffice). You can view and edit all Microsoft Office files, including Excel.
- You can use the Office Web Apps - you can access and share Office documents on-line with browser-based versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
This also allows you to edit Excel files. Microsoft free Live ID registration or LIVE ID account is required.
- You can try to press spacebar on any excel file and view it in OS X Preview. You can only view the file, but you don't have to install any other software.
- You can buy original Microsoft Office for Mac
I think this will help you.

Hi there Nana111,
if you just want to convert something to PDF, use the File -> Print.. function in Excel and save it as a PDF document instead printing it on paper.
