Can anyone assist me with how I can convert an lrec file. This type of file is used by Mitel which is a web conferencing software. I want to be able to share the audio/video file with others who do not have Mitel. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think the program provided by Mitel (Web Conferencing?) should have some option to export the .lrec file to AVI format (video), that you can send to others.
