However if you need to convert PPTX to another format, open it in PowerPoint 2007/2010 > File menu > Save As > select file format and click on Save button

PowerPoint 2007 and 2010 uses the same file format with file extension .pptx http://www.file-extensions.org/pptx-file-extension.
However if you need to convert PPTX to another format, open it in PowerPoint 2007/2010 > File menu > Save As > select file format and click on Save button
