Install Windows from hard drive
Is any way how to install newer Windows, such as Windows 7 from hard drive, like old Windows 95/98. Thanks.
Re: Install Windows from hard drive
Yes it is possible:
1) create small partition on your hard drive (about 6GB)
2) copy all installation files of Windows from installation disk (disk image) to this partition
3) use any tool for customize boot options in Windows and add new WinPE option associated with boot.wim file stored in sources folder on partition with installation files.
4) restart computer and select Windows installation option in boot menu
Also you can use any tool which does these steps automatically like WinToHDD.
