Sadly the official support for Access 97 ended around 2004 and the new versions do not work very well with the old formats. The best way is to get some intermediate version between 97 and 2013, like 2000 or 2004 and re-save the old documents up until the current version.

Hi, I would recommend you two programs. First Dragon UnPAcker http://sourceforge.net/projects/dragonunpacker/ It supports hundreds of game archives so it might be able to open yours. Other than that, try to rename the archive to RAR or ZIP and extract it with WinRAR or 7-zip. It would be helpful if ...
